I created Back to Basics Senior Solutions after seeing how small frustrations can gradually affect confidence, safety and independence at home.
My law-enforcement and senior-services background taught me how to read situations quickly, build rapport, identify the real problem and find practical solutions other people may overlook.
My goal is not to fill a home with unnecessary products or complicated technology. It is to understand what has become difficult and help make it manageable again.
